I worked in various customer service jobs and back office jobs that have helped me in my current role as customer support for a mortgage brokerage. The customer service roles provided great exposure on how to effectively deal with clients needs and how to listen to their problems. My back office work, specifically the title examining industry, gave me a glimpse of how mortgages and property go hand in hand when changing ownership from one party to another. Ultimately giving me a better grasp of how to support the mortgage brokerage and its clients.
